My brother was on Accutane for awhile too. He used Cetaphil. Medicare Supplements toll free 1-800-MEDIGAP . Its really gentle mild cleanser its oil free too. It makes your skin feel soft as well:) http://www.acne.org/cetaphil-gentle-skin-cleanser-reviews/17/page1.htmlHeres some reviews of cetaphil if your curious.OH- and the reason why you need to start using a bland cleanser is because your dermetologist put you on a higher dose, and strong acne cleansers could really hurt your skin since its so senstive while using accutane. Let me tell you it works wonders though, my brothers acne is totally gone!

haavent u heard the commercial of accutane they are sueing ppl who recommended because theres ppl that have gotten sick from it
